It aims to protect the rights, dignity, and well-being of vulnerable individuals and communities by ensuring safe access to protection services, strengthening community-based protection mechanisms, and promoting a protective environment based on human rights, inclusion, and accountability.

The program focuses on supporting vulnerable groups—including women, children, youth, older persons, persons with disabilities, and internally displaced people—through awareness activities, case management and referrals, psychosocial support, capacity-building, and community engagement initiatives.

In addition, the program works closely with local communities, civil society organizations, and relevant stakeholders to identify protection risks, prevent violence and exploitation, promote safeguarding practices, and strengthen community resilience.
